How much does it cost to rent a bouncy castle?
Prices vary based on size, duration, and location—Our units range between $300- $620 per 7 hour day. -
How long is the rental period?
Rental rates are based on a 7 hour day. Overnight options may be available for an extra fee. -
What’s included in the rental?
The rental includes delivery, setup, takedown, blower, and stakes/sandbags, extension cords and tarps where necessary. Delivery in the Red Deer is free. All other deliveries will be calculated at $2/km from home base at 116 Jones Crescent. -
Do I need to provide electricity?
Yes. A standard 110V household outlet is required. A generator is available to rent for remote/off grid set up. -

Safety & Supervision

Is adult supervision required?
Yes, always. Most companies require a responsible adult to supervise children at all times. -
What safety rules should be followed?
No shoes, no flips, no food/drinks, no sharp objects, and no overcrowding. Age separation is recommended. Misuse of any kind could result in a few up to the full replacement cost of the unit. -
What ages can use your inflatables?
We have inflatables for toddlers (ages 2–4), kids (5–12), and teens/adults. Let us know your group and we’ll match the perfect unit.
Setup Requirements

How much space is needed?
Add 3–5 feet of clearance on all sides. A 13x13 castle needs at least 15x15 ft of flat space. -
Can it be set up indoors or on concrete?
Yes, but the surface must be flat and clear. Mats, weights, or sandbags may be used for hard surfaces. -
What if it rains or gets windy?
In the event of inclement weather; rain, strong winds or hail, the customer is required to safely get the kids out of the bouncy castle and deflate the unit to avoid injuries until the weather returns to such a state where it is safe to operate the unit.
Booking & Payments

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking to book 1-2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends or holidays to avoid disappointment. However, we are always willing to discuss bookings anytime and can arrange delivery of units all based on availability. -
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept e-transfers and cash on delivery only . We are working on launching a payment system to accept other forms of payment in the future, Thank you for your understanding.
